At the Airport

Max gets really excited when we get to go on an airplane. Here are a few pics from the airport.

Ava wasn't too interested in the airplanes, so mommy had to chase her all over the place

Ahh.... Vacation

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we are on vacation. We still have access to our email, but for some reason I am not able to send outgoing messages right now. I can receive emails, but not send them. So if you have emailed me in the last two days, you'll get a response as soon as our email server works itself out :)

Train Display at Union Station

The other morning we went to see the train display at Union Station with Zoey and her family. Max was stoked because he really, really loves trains. Here are some pics of the kids checking out the trains.

Getting Dressed

As you know by now, if something happens in this house, I'm going to be there to capture it with my camera. So, as Max gets older, I love taking pictures of him doing random things that aren't really that cool for you and me. Such as getting dressed. Getting dressed is something that we do every day and unless you're Jenny trying to decide what to wear and then complaining about having nothing to wear, it's really not that big of a deal. But, to Max, getting dressed is fun, because he's just learning how to do it by himself. So, here is a series of shots that I took of Max the other day putting a shirt on. Enjoy!

And, what would a post be without a shot or two of Ava running around modeling for me again:)

Baby Nate: Take 2

This morning I jogged over to do my second session with Baby Nate, Zoey's little baby brother. This time Zoey, or as Max likes to call her, Zo, got in on the action. Just like the first session, the second you take off his clothes, he wakes up and cries. Luckily, he cooperated for a few semi-naked pictures before losing it. Anyway, here are some of my favorites.

Eskimo kisses on Zoey's bed. Aren't they sweet?

Kate's Bridal Session

Today we met up with Kate for her bridal session. Now, when you check out these photos below, you have to know that Kate made this dress in it's entirety. I saw photos of the dress on her blog, but when I saw it in person when she was wearing it, I was even more amazed at her talents. This dress is awesome! So we had fun wandering around the Nelson grounds taking some fun shots and I'm sure Kate's excited to see the finished product in photos, so here are a few of our favorites.... (For anyone who is wondering why we're posting bridal portraits before the wedding, Kate said she's not superstitious and she brought Rob along to help carry stuff :). All captions by Josh

Since Kate made the dress, I tried to get as many detail shots as possible. Isn't it an awesome dress?
