Juliana's 9 Month Portraits

I don't even know what to say about Juliana... she is just so darn cute! And she's great in front of the camera, she even did a few model poses for us today. As usual, her mom was armed with several way-too-cute outfits, including her ladybug Halloween costume. We have been looking forward to doing some park photos with Juliana, but the rain made us change our plans and head to Union Station instead. I think Juliana was pretty happy though... she had a great time crawling around in the main hallway and trying to eat dirt and grass outside :). Here's a sneak peek for mom and dad (and grandma :)...

Sarah & David's Wedding

We do a lot of weddings, and one of the things we LOVE is doing referral weddings. It's just great when so much of the family already knows you :). Last October we had the pleasure of being a part of Matt and Larkin's beautiful wedding and this year, his older brother David married Sarah and we were asked to join their family's celebration once again. It was a very windy day, which made everyone a little nervous, since the reception was at Sarah's parents house and the tent was leaning with the wind all morning. But things usually have a way of working themselves out, the wind died down, and we were left with a beautiful September afternoon. Sarah and David were so much fun to work with... so easygoing and so much in love... that sure makes our job easy :). Here are a few photos for everyone who has been eagerly awaiting this sneak peek...
A quiet moment immediately following the ceremony

A few fun portraits

They were all smiles during their first dance

Matt gave the best Best Man speech we had ever heard... even Josh was teary-eyed

You know it's a good speech when the whole room is busting up laughing...

And then everyone is crying

And a few more portraits in the beautiful late evening light

Mmm... cupcakes... (P.S. Max loved the cupcakes you sent home for him, Kay:)

Hailey's Senior Pictures

Last night we drove out to a farm in Greenwood to shoot Hailey's senior pics. Have we mentioned lately how much we LOVE doing senior pics? We had so much fun with Hailey and her horse and her dog and her cell phone and her fun personality :). She made it way too easy to get amazing photos. Here are just a few of our favorites... it was really hard to narrow these down...

Audrey

Our second shoot yesterday was with Audrey. She’ll be turning two soon and she’s been with us since she was 3 months old. It’s hard to believe it’s been that long! As usual, Audrey made us work hard for her pictures, but we got some really cute ones :). Here are a few of my favorites…

Taylor and Mallory

Yesterday we had a busy day out at Loose Park with 3 pretty little girls. First off were Taylor and Mallory. I was a little worried when we met them at the fountain at 63rd Street because both girls were pretty set on not smiling. But, mom bribed them with slushies and the after the five minute drive to the park, they were ready to go, armed with their ‘slushy smiles.’ Thanks girls for being so good… here’s a sneak peek for mom and dad…

Sara & Greg's Wedding

Saturday we headed out to the Loretto for Sara and Greg’s wedding. The Loretto is a great location and we were excited to find some cool scenery across the street for some fun portraits. Sara and Greg were a lot of fun and really got the party going once all the formalities were done. Here are a few pics from the day…

We'll start off with a ring picture this time :)

Sara and her dad walking down the aisle

Love that late afternoon light!

I had to put this one on the blog... the sign says, "Deep fry super chikn 5$"

Great end to the first dance

Now the party's getting started!
